Wikas Education provides NEET admission counselling services including: • One-on-one counselling sessions with certified NEET counsellors • AI-powered NEET college predictor tool • Medical college database and comparison tools • Admission calendar and deadline tracking • Choice filling strategy guidance • Document verification assistance
3. User Responsibilities
As a user of our platform, you agree to: • Provide accurate and truthful information • Use the platform only for lawful purposes • Not attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform • Not share your account credentials with others • Respect the intellectual property rights of Wikas Education • Not use our services for any commercial purpose without written consent
4. Counselling Services
Our counselling services are advisory in nature. While we strive to provide accurate and helpful guidance: • We do not guarantee admission to any specific college • Seat allotment is determined by NTA, MCC, and state counselling authorities • Our predictions and recommendations are based on historical data and may vary • Final admission decisions rest with the respective counselling authorities
5. Payment & Refund Policy
For paid counselling packages: • Fees are clearly communicated before purchase • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase • Refunds are not applicable once counselling sessions have been conducted • In case of service unavailability, full refunds will be processed within 7 business days
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Wikas Education platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Wikas Education and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Wikas Education shall not be liable for: • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Loss of data or profits arising from use of our services • Decisions made based on our counselling advice • Technical issues beyond our reasonable control Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
